Further, by defining a woman or man as bad simply because they enjoy sex is to ignore all the rest of their attributes, belittle their personalities and contributions, and overemphasize the importance of an ethic designed to inhibit and control human sexuality for political purposes. What madam (and many others) are saying is that a woman who is an impeccable wife and mother, a dynamic and intelligent contributor to her community, and a kind and nurturing human being is still bad because she enjoys sex. I don't accept that. A woman or man who is good in every other way and enjoys sex is not only good, but better. I know many people who enjoy sex who are good people. They think of themselves as good. If some of them choose to think of themselves as bad in the bedroom, that is a game they're playing with their partner, which probably enhances their sexuality or else they wouldn't be playing it. But condemning them with the stamp of bad is inappropriate. Perpetuating the bad myth is a disservice.
